We’re looking for a Passmaster to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

The award-winning Blues Kitchen has brought its legendary energy to the heart of Manchester. The pass is the heartbeat of the kitchen during service. We’re looking for someone calm, organised and confident who can manage the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the floor, ensuring every plate meets our standards and reaches the guest at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the pass during service and coordinating the flow of dishes from the kitchen.
• Checking presentation, quality and accuracy before dishes leave the kitchen.
• Communicating clearly with chefs and the front-of-house team during service.
• Keeping service organised and maintaining pace during busy periods.
• Helping ensure food is delivered to the floor smoothly and efficiently.
• Supporting the kitchen team to maintain consistency and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm and focused during high-pressure service.
• A strong eye for detail and food presentation.
• Someone reliable, confident and team-focused.
• A genuine interest in food and hospitality.

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour. Wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
