We’re looking for a Door Host / Guestlist team member to join Phonox.


Phonox is built around the music. A focused room. A serious crowd. Your role is simple but important. Manage entry properly. Keep things organised. Represent the venue well.

You’ll oversee the guestlist on busy club nights, checking names accurately, managing arrivals efficiently and working closely with security and management to keep the queue moving. It’s high volume, so you’ll need to stay calm, clear and consistent throughout the night.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and check guestlist accurately
  • Welcome guests in a professional and direct way
  • Communicate clearly with security and management
  • Control queue flow and manage wait times
  • Maintain an organised and efficient front of house


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar front of house or guestlist role
  • Confident communicator with good judgement
  • Calm and organised under pressure
  • Detail focused and reliable
  • Comfortable working late nights
  • A genuine interest in music and nightlife


What to Expect

  • Competitive pay at £12.71 - 15.00 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
