We’re looking for a Senior Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London.

The Blues Kitchen is an award-winning restaurant, bar and live music venue known for its Southern-inspired food, expertly crafted cocktails and world-class live music programme. Across our London venues, we host incredible artists every night while serving up all-American comfort food and a lively bar atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone experienced and reliable who can support the bar team and help keep the bar running smoothly during busy services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting bartenders and bar supervisors during busy services.
Leading barback duties and helping organise the back bar during shifts.
Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies efficiently.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
Helping ensure the bar team can deliver fast and consistent service.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working as a barback in a busy bar or hospitality venue.
A strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication.
A genuine interest in bars and hospitality.

What to Expect

Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£13.71 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
