We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant, leading the team and maintaining high standards across every shift. This is a key role for someone looking to step into senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

Support the day to day running of the restaurant
Lead shifts and manage the team
Drive standards across service, food and guest experience
Train and develop team members
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support recruitment and team development

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Confidence leading a team
A focus on quality, consistency and team development
Someone who wants to grow into a senior management role
