We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team at The Blues Kitchen.

As Restaurant Manager, you take ownership of the restaurant. You'll build a front of house team people are proud to be part of - and then help them grow into more than they thought they could be. You'll set the standard for every plate, every pour, every welcome, and hold the line on it night after night. You'll turn a tricky guest moment into a loyal regular. You'll know your numbers, drive the performance, and keep the energy high when the pressure's on. And you'll work shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership to keep this place growing.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the front of house team
Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
Drive performance, quality and consistency
Manage recruitment, training and team development
Handle guest feedback and maintain strong relationships
Work closely with senior leadership to grow the business

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong organisational and operational ability
A focus on quality, culture and long-term success
Someone who wants to build and lead a high-performing team
