We’re looking for someone energetic, hardworking and positive who enjoys the buzz of a busy bar and wants to be part of a high-performing team.</p><p><br /></p><p>See us in action: &#64;theblueskitchen | &#64;the_columbo_group</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting bartenders so the bar runs smoothly during service.</li><li>Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies throughout the shift.</li><li>Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.</li><li>Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume shifts.</li><li>Supporting the team to maintain a great atmosphere behind the bar.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Someone hardworking and reliable.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment.</li><li>A positive attitude and strong team mentality.</li><li>Good energy and willingness to learn.</li><li>An interest in bars, drinks and live music.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What to Expect</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.</li><li>A lively working environment across our bar, restaurant and music venue.</li><li>A relaxed dress code.
